Overview
The Systems Administrator II, ServiceNow is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, providing technical delivery, and supporting business units at Jamf.
Responsibility
Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
Manage the incident queue within ServiceNow and ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve issues
Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using ServiceNow Studio and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)
Direct and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime
Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage
Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and tickets in alignment with ITIL processes
Requirements
3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role (Required)
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops) (Required)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration (Required)
Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow (Required)
Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) (Required)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification (Required)
