5 years development experience

2 years’ experience in a technical role supporting ServiceNow HRSD

Proficiency in managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform

Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience managing multiple priorities

Proven customer focus and ability to communicate effectively

Ability to manage high volume of work

Ability to work in a virtual, global team environment
