Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and CMDB modules

Implement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations in ServiceNow

Configure and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data population

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers

Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

At least 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Glide APIs, and Flow Designer

Knowledge of ITIL processes and practical experience implementing them in ServiceNow

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required; other certifications (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) are a plus

Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken
