Seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for ServiceNow solutions and services in a client facing environment.

Leads complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s full range of services and products

Collaborates directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions

Collaborate with Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery

Provide mentorship and informal leadership to Solution Consultants

Leads demonstrations of product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers

Scopes and delivers Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

Lead competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors

5+ Years Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry

Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors / minors

Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales, and complete understanding of the full sales life cycle

Excellent communication skills, in both internal and external capacities

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized

Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience

ServiceNow sales certifications and/or Presales certifications

ServiceNow CSA (Nice to have!)
